Abstract
Acardiac twinning is a rare congenital anomaly of monozygotic twin pregnancy, which often results from abnormal vascular anastomoses. This leads to twin reversed arterial perfusion (TRAP) with complex pathophysiology. Foetus acardius is a parasite for its vascular circulation on the donor twin. The affected twin, acardius-acephalus present with several malformations in association with absence of upper extremity. We present here one such rare case.
