Abstract
The article reveals the financial activity of the joint-stock company, its financial status and solvency, which depends on its ability and forms its financial resources in sufficient volume due to increase of own capital, issue of bonds, receipt of bank loans, accounts payable and other resources borrowed by the enterprise.
