Action plan for the oral health promotion in education

Abstract
Today one of the priorities in education is the promotion of oral health, because it seeks to strengthen the comprehensive health of the student. From here, this inves-tigation set as objective: Generate an action plan for the oral health promotion in the Secondary Educations’ students in the National Educational Unit C.E.I.C.O “Maestro Simón Rodríguez” of the Asentamiento Campesino la Velasquera, Aragua State. The study was developed under a positivist paradigm, the quantitative approach, under the feasible project modality, supported by field research with an evaluative level. The population made up of (19) teachers and the sample was of a census type due to the finite characteristics of the population. The data collection technique used was the interview and as an instrument a script of questions. Among the results obtained are the conclusions of the diagnosis and the inputs to design the action plan. Among the recommendations obtained, once the action plan has been applied, it is considered appropriate that the teaching and management personnel of the school institution promote the participation of the family and the community in the different activities planned for the oral health promotion of in the CEICO “Maestro Simón Rodríguez” Na-tional Educational Units’ students
