ACTUAL ISSUES OF LEGAL APPLICATION OF TECHNICAL MEANS OF PHOTO-, CINEMA, VIDEO RECORDING IN THE WORK OF WORKERS OF NATIONAL POLICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study and discussion of issues related to police use of technical devices, in particular in the implementation of photo and video fixation, namely the violation of traffic rules. It plays a big role in the search for criminals and offenders, helping to gather evidence, to examine documents and other physical evidence. And so we need to determine the legal basis, the importance of this issue and in General the appropriateness of the police these funds. Therefore, the absence of this right, the police entails a number of difficulties in enforcement, for example: significant decrease in the level of investigation, the decrease in the effective conduct of preventive work, and in the future this may be a prerequisite for increased level of fraud, bribery, administrative and criminal offenses.
