Abstract
The article «Actual problems of international legal support mechanism for collective security in the context of globalization» deals the need to develop legal criteria for ensuring international security and international responsibility. The author analyzes the priority legal ways to ensure the global security problems. Criteria for the effectiveness of the mechanism for ensuring global security should be the completeness and conscientiousness of international law implementation by the participants in international relations.
