ADAPTATION OF UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION TO THE EUROPEAN UNION LEGISLATION AS A SOCIAL LEGAL PHENOMENON

Abstract
The article lists the signs that reveal adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the legislation of the European Union as a socio-legal phenomenon. Characteristics of these signs helps, firstly, identify additional internal factors that negatively affect the process of adaptation of national legislation, and secondly, to identify possible ways of solving the existing problems in this sphere.
