Administration systems in enterprises management

Abstract
In recent years, the subject area of administration in enterprises management, considering the European integration processes, has significantly expanded its boundaries, which, in some case, affected on the appropriate systems elements interaction. This was also encouraged by the development of paperwork technology, as well as by the appearance of new automating mechanisms for the document and information support of management activities. One of the key tasks of administration systems improvement is streamlining the documentation and information flows, decreasing the time span of management decision-making and, in general, increasing the level of effectiveness of the managing subsystem influence on the managed one throughout all the stages of management technology. Effective administration systems in enterprises management are actually an effective management instrument, which is essential for business in market conditions. The article developed theoretical and applied foundations regarding the administration systems functioning in the enterprises management, as well as determined these systems place in the general management system. It has been observed that administration as the kind of managerial activities is an individual management object by its context, so it necessitates such a management for ensuring an effective influence of the managing system on the managed one throughout all the levels of organizational structure. Realization of management functions on a case-by-case basis provides for solving the spectrum of diversified tasks of managerial character. It was identified that the administration systems are also closely linked with market environment, and their functions take the form of administrative support for management decision-making, which infiltrates all the organization management levels and becomes the starting and ending element of all the administrative processes. It was proved that information, knowledge, experience, skills etc. regarding the administration systems are, in their content, the complex, heterogeneous and semi-structured material, which is frequently difficult for processing, outreaching, understanding and diagnosing. The mentioned above explains uniqueness of the specified systems from a position of business entities uniqueness. The prospects for further researches in this direction should consist in the development of method of diagnosing the effectiveness of administration systems in enterprises management.
