Administrative and legal form of the judicial self-government

Abstract
The article analyzes the forms of implementation of management powers by the judicial authorities. The special attention is accented on the regulatory and individual acts carried out author’s classification of these forms, with the result that the author proposed to distinguish the following forms: for the subject of the administrative impact on functional nature, content, for focus on the spread of the volume.
