Problems of legal regulation of terms of the right to judicial protection

Abstract
The article is devoted to clarifying of the legal nature of the right to judicial protection. The right to judicial protection is guaranteed only if a person goes to court within the time limit, which is called the statute of limitations period. The article deals with the peculiarities of legal regulation of the limitation periods in various branches of law and the possibility of unification of legislation in this area.
