Administrative and legal support for reforming the organization and functioning of the prosecutor’s office

Abstract
The article studies the administrative and legal support for the reform of the organization and functioning of the prosecution authorities. It is noted that today we can state the weakened influence of the prosecutor’s office on the state of legality in Ukraine, the narrowing of its functions and the like. It is substantiated that further reform of the organization and functioning of the prosecution authorities should be carried out reasonably from a scientific point of view and in a balanced manner.
