ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL SUPPORT FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONING OF THE INVESTIGATIVE BODIES OF THE CIS COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article substantiates that, despite the final termination of Ukraine's participation in the statutory bodies of the CIS in May 2018, the experience of the CIS countries in terms of administrative and legal provision of the organization and functioning of investigative bodies is relevant and timely for Ukraine. The peculiarities of the administrative and legal provision of the organization and functioning of investigative bodies in the CIS countries are revealed.
