Administrative law system in the field of public service

Abstract
In the article the system of administrative law in the field of civil service. It is proved that the system of administrative law in the civil service is aimed primarily at how to regulate the whole set of social relations that arise in the course of the civil servants and ensure a proper mechanism for its implementation. Emphasized that administrative acts or legislation is a key reason the organization and activities of state administrative apparatus, which is also part of the scope of the civil service.
