ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES FOR IMPLEMENTING THE EUROPEAN HUMAN RIGHTS COURT'S DECISION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the administrative procedures for implementing ECHR judgments in the context of updating domestic legislation and European integration. The emphasis is placed on the characterization of relations that arise in the process of implementing ECHR rulings in Ukraine and outlines the issues of their administrative and legal regulation.
