APPEAL OF DECISION AND ACTION OF STATE EXECUTIVE CONSTRAINED WITH THE USE OF ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCTMENT ACTIONS

Abstract
This article analyzes judicial and administrative procedure to appeal decision, action or inaction of state executive service constrained with the use of administrative enforcement actions. The author shows advantages and disadvantages of types of appeal against decisions, actions or inactivity officials of state executive. Put forward specific proposals for improving the administrative and judicial procedures for appealing decisions, actions or inaction of bailiffs.
