Administrative responsibility for non-use land

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of ensuring protection of land from inappropriate use of legal (legal) means. The procedure for the lawful use of land is revealed, the importance of legal protection of agricultural land is indicated, and it is proposed to strengthen the administrative responsibility for this offense.
