AESTHETIC CULTURE OF LAWYER COMPLEX PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the aesthetic culture of a lawyer as a component of professional formation through the specificity of distinguishing the spiritual potential of the aesthetic culture, which is indissolubly connected with socio-cultural and socio-natural space. The peculiarities of the formation of the aesthetic culture of a lawyer through the influence of the spiritual factor that expresses the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of its aesthetic development, the degree of the development of higher aesthetic values of the society, and the development of all characteristics of the person, in particular legal, based on the norms of natural and canon law, are revealed.
