SEPARATE ISSUES OF CIVIL LIABILITY UNDER THE INSURANCE CONTRACT

Abstract
This article analyzes the existing concepts of theoretical provisions, legal norms relating to the concept of civil-law liability under the insurance contract. Prospective (positive) and negative (retrospective) liability under the insurance contract are investigated in more detail.
