AMERICAN PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTING EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE STUDENTS SUCCESS

Abstract
In the article it is examined the pedagogical experience of American educators in creating a strategy to support university students’ success. The situation with the success of graduates of American universities is analyzed. The attention of teachers is focused on the approach changing to learning and attitudes toward students who have certain difficulties in achieving success. Statistical data about the state of higher education in the United States at the beginning of the 21st century are presented in the article. The key points of the proposed strategy are considered and practical recommendations for its implementation in the practice of universities are given.
