AN ANALYSIS AND SUBSTANTIATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE METHODICAL SYSTEM OF FORMING THE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE BORDER GUARD OFFICERS

Abstract
The psychological and pedagogical competence of future border guard officers is the personal characteristic, the process of formation of which is long, complicated and involves the development of special auspicious measures and their implementation into the educational process. Such measures include the establishment of a methodical system for the formation of the investigated competence in the process of teaching the general military and military-special disciplines. The purpose of the article is to analyze the features and substantiation of the component composition of the methodical system of forming the psychological and pedagogical competence of future border guard officers. In the article, the methodical system is presented in the form of a set of three structural subsystems: target, informational and procedural-organizational. Each subsystem has its own components, has certain goals and has internal connections. The article considers the content of the subsystems presented and establishes the correspondence between the blocks of educational disciplines of psychological and pedagogical and professional orientation, optimal forms and methods of their implementation, and the components of the investigated competence. The procedural-organizational subsystem acts as the main link methodical system of formation of psychological and pedagogical competence of future border guard officers, because it determines the most appropriate forms and methods of exercise of the general military and special military discipline to achieve the most desirable results. In the article the correspondence between the allocated blocks of educational disciplines, forms and methods of their conducting and components of the investigated competence is presented. Іn developing the proposed compliance, the active teaching methods were used and interdisciplinary connections were implemented. The next step of the study will be a description of the method of introducing the proposed methodical system into the educational process.
