AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO THE PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION MANAGEMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF DUBIVTSI PRESCHOOL «DUBOK»)

Abstract
Solving the problem of pre-school educational institution management in the context of innovative approach is described in the article. The problem of reforming pre-school education in the modern conditions stipulates radical reconstruction of the managerial branch, its democratization, decentralization and humanization. The innovativeness in managerial activity is connected with certain changes and development of management of pre-school educational institution. Implementation of innovative approaches in managerial activity by managers of pre-school educational institutions will procure growth of competitiveness of an educational institution, increas of its image. A steady positive image of a pre-school educational institution today may be considered as an important resource in the sphere of management. The article aims at disclosure of the essence of innovative approaches towards management of pre-school educational institutions, as well as research of the priority of innovations in management of pre-school educational institutions. The authors of the research disclose specific distinctions of the traditional and the innovative managerial activity of the pre-school educational institution manager. Attention is paid to the fact that moving to the new educational standards, integration into the European and the world educational system has made the problem of innovative management in pre-school educational institutions actual. In conditions of modernization of education management, expanding independence of educational institutions, requirements to professional competence of managers increase. Functional changes in the activity of a pre-school educational institution manager are analysed. The methodological principle of the research is necessity of modernization of pre-school education in Ukraine, which is related with the European and the world tendencies, challenges and the growing attention of the international community to this educational level. The principle of innovativeness stipulates significant change of the objectives of managerial activity of the manager, the goal, the contents, forms and methods of his work. Thus, using innovative approaches will procure high effectiveness of management of pre-school educational institutions.
