An Introduction to radio frequency method: as one of the electro heating method of food preservation
Journal Title: Indian Journal of Research in Pharmacy and Biotechnology - Year 2016, Vol 4, Issue 3
Abstract
Radio-frequency methods have been one of the most common and conventional preservation methods in many processes. Like other industrial systems having the knowledge and engineering design of Radio Frequency is a need to become developed. Since alternatively positively and negatively changes in electric fields produces heat thus knowing the mechanism and the structure of RF system is important. In this mini review, we attempt to study the way aforementioned system is working.
