Abstract
The results of analytical monitoring of illegal fishing, hunting or other sea hunting industry in Ukraine were highlighted in the article. The structure of accounted criminal offenses in the illegal fishing, hunting or other sea hunting industry was investigated. The author conclusions on the identified trends, based on the analysis results were formulated.
