Abstract
Anevrizmal kemik kisti (AKK); kemi¤in benign tümör benzeri lezyonlar›ndan biridir. AKK, primer kemik tümörleri aras›nda % 1 oran›nda izlenmektedir. AKK’nin % 11-20 oran›nda omurga tutulumu gösterdi¤i bildirilmißtir. Bu çal›ßman›n amac›; omurgada izlenen anevrizmal kemik kisti olgular›n› klinik, radyolojik ve patolojik özellikleri bak›m›ndan irdelemek ve omurgada izlenen di¤er lezyonlarla karß›laßt›rarak do¤ru teßhis koymada yard›mc› olacak ay›r›c› tan›lar›n› tart›ß- makt›r.
