APPLICATION OF INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMS IN THE CONTEXT OF MEASURES OF UKRAINIAN HIGH EDUCATION SYSTEM REFORMATION

Abstract
Introduction. Implementation of the competence approach, determining general requirements to objectives and learning outcomes for the specific educational sectors is the important element of higher education reform in Ukraine. Methods. Learning outcomes developmental methodologies for a particular module, subjects and educational levels were used for the analysis of modern educational program composition processes. Results. The state of educational environment and precondition of its reformation on the basis of new norms, legislative regulations and modern didactical approaches have been analyzed. Application of learning outcomes in the process of curriculum development results in shifting of the attention from teacher to student and promoting of student oriented approach. Discussion. Implementation of this methodology allows to arrange and standardize future curricula, optimize training for a common group of professions, provide integrity in the achievement of training objectives.
