APPLICATION OF REDUCED PROCEEDINGS IN THE SETTLEMENT OF PUBLIC DISPUTES

Abstract
In the article the analysis of positive and negative momentsof application of brief realization is conducted at the decisionof public spores. Drawn conclusion, that with- out regard to thepositive and negative moments of consideration ofbusinesses in brief realization this form of consideration ofpublic spores in the administrative rule-mak- ing is effectivemeans, that allows to consider administrative business in abrief term, to accelerate the receipt of end-point in business,will be economically advantageous for the state andparticipants of administrative process.
