ASSESSMENT OF THE PENSION SYSTEM IN UKRAINE: LEGAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of reforms in the sphere of pension insurance. Particular attention is paid to the economic and social aspects of the pension system, as well as the evaluation of its legal regulation. It outlines the main prospects for the development of private pension funds in the pension system of Ukraine.
