AUDIOVISUAL WORK AS AN OBJECT OF COPYRIGHT

Abstract
In the article features of the work as an object of copyright, its concept and attributes are considered. The problems concerning the audiovisual work are also investigated. It is established that the audiovisual work has common features of the work, as well as a characteristic characteristic of this kind of object of copyright.
