THE ISSUES OF COPYRIGHT PROTECTION IN THE FIELD OF ARCHITECTURE AND URBAN PLANNING: PRACTICAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article is devoted to research of the existing procedure of registration of declarations about the beginning of construction works and readiness of the object for exploitation. There was considered theoretical and practical issues related to possible copyright violations. It was determined the disadvantages of the mechanism of protection of copyrights in the field of architecture and urban planning and its overcoming.
