BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATION IN LIGHTS CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Abstract
The article reveals the requirements to undercover investigation in light of the constitutional guarantees of human rights and fundamental freedoms. To ensure proper use of undercover investigative measures and other preventive measures to ensure national security and terrorism and subversion, must exist effective parliamentary and judicial control procedures.
