BIORHYTHMOGENETICS: “STARTING TIME” AS VARIABILITY FACTOR
Journal Title: Analele Stiintifice ale Universitatii Alexandru Ioan Cuza din Iasi, Serie noua, Sectiunea II a. Biologie vegetala - Year 2015, Vol 61, Issue 1
Abstract
Laboratory experiments performed on alga Scenedesmus quadricauda (Turp.) Bréb. (Chlorophyta) utilizing biorhythmological methodology recorded significant variations in its multiplication pattern accordingly certain hours selected as “starting time” of cultures. The diurnal diversity of genetic time may state new approaches with theoretical and applied importance for Biorhythmogenetics and Biorhythmotechnology development.
