Black Sea Synergy and combatting crime

Abstract
The paper considers the problem of defining the characteristics of counteraction to crime in the countries of the Black Sea Synergy. Based on the comparative analysis, the concept, content and directions of counteracting transboundary crime are considered. It was concluded that it is necessary to formulate uniform principles for the imposition of punishment and harmonize the criminal legislation of Ukraine with the European standards of anti-crime policies.
