针刺结合组织工程学治疗周围神经<br /> 缺损的可能性探讨<br />

Abstract

组织工程学是目前神经修复领域的前沿学科,但组织工程生物材料在体内往往不能满足完全修复的要求,主要原因是神经因子的缺乏、血液供应的不足;针刺能促进周围神经损伤的修复已被证明是确切的,许多研究发现,针刺在促进神经因子的分泌以及增强血供方面具有独特的优势,并能消肿消炎、引导神经定向再生,延缓肌肉的退行性病变。利用针刺的这些优势将其与组织工程神经修复领域结合起来,有可能为神经修复的研究和治疗提供新思路和新方法。
