新型缩氨基硫脲席夫碱CuCl2配合物<br /> 催化C-N偶联反应<br />

Abstract

应用香草醛缩氨基硫脲希夫碱(L1)作为一种新配体与 CuCl2形成配合物成功催化了咪唑类化合物的芳基化反应,重要的是该类配体与 Cu(Ⅱ)配合而形成的催化体系得到了较 Cu(Ⅰ)更好的催化效率。因为,Cu(Ⅱ)的经济性和稳定性都大大优于 Cu(Ⅰ),所以该体系被认为是一种可取的C-N 偶联的催化体系。在此基础上,作者对催化体系进行了优化,另外共扩展了 11种底物,并对3a-3h进行了1HNMR表征。
