BRINGING IN THE DELINQUENT AND LEGAL GROUNDS OF ITS APPLICATION

Abstract
The article reveals the content of such arrangements to ensure proceedings of administrative offenses as bringing in the delinquent. The main features which characterize the bringing in the delinquent, that considered legal grounds for using this measure of administrative enforcement, and provides a critical analysis of the norms of art. 259 of the Administrative Code are listed.
