Capitalization of banks as debt creating factors: international experience

Abstract
The EU-Ukraine Agreement Association provides for expanding financial cooperation, including the management of public finances and debt policy formation. The paper analyzes the international experience in different countries concerning state banks support during the crisis, particularly with use of capitalization of banks through budgetary resources and the impact of such capitalization on the state of public debt. The 2007- 2011 wide range statistics certifies that there is a direct relationship between the value of carried capitalization and growth of public debt.
