Abstract

The comparison of land use structure in the past and at present within the Poloniny National Park was made. Very crucial changes in the landscape were connected with the creation the Starina reservoir, which caused the removal of local inhabitants. These changes and intensity of land use were analysed with the use of maps and photographs
