CIVIL LEGAL PROTECTION CHILD’S HOUSING RIGHTS

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of determining the right of the child to use the property as a property right of the child. By legal nature, the child's right is a personal servitude, the essence of which, is the satisfaction of the child's housing needs. The ways of protecting this right are analyzed and proposed the list of proofes that should be enacted by courts while judging cases of protection child`s right to use a home for the adoption of reasonable judgment.
