LEGAL ASPECTS OF A SHAREHOLDERS’ AGREEMENT

Abstract
The article examines the concept of “corporate contract”, determines the legal nature of the corporate agreement. It analyses changes in regulatory framework of corporate legislation. The author has analyzed domestic normative legal base aimed at ensuring the legal regulation of corporate relations. The peculiarities of legal regulation of the relations under a corporate contract are disclosed.
