CLASSIFICATION OF INVESTOR RIGHTS IN BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
In article analyzed the legislation of Ukraine, which enshrines the rights of investors in the management and asked to classify investors' rights to basic rights, ie rights that enshrined for all investors general rules of investment law and other rights, ie rights that are in addition to the main, provided certain types of investors under special legislation in a particular field of investment.
