Coaching. The Main Mistakes and Threats

Abstract
The article describes the main mistakes and threats of coaching and also these aspects of coaching that hinder the eff ectiveness and increase its psychological and economic cost. Based on research on efficient coaching of managers, the author highlights and discusses three groups of factors that can threaten the effectiveness of the coaching process. Th e fi rst group contains factors related to functioning of an organization, the second group factors linked pertains to the weakness of a participant, and the third group is associated with mistakes committed by a coach. In conclusion the author considers successful conditions of the coaching process in an organization.
