COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CRIMINALISTIC CONCEPTS “SPEECH PORTRAIT” AND “VERBAL PORTRAIT”

Abstract
The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of criminalistic concepts “speech portrait” and “verbal portrait”, which helps to differentiate non-identical concepts. On the basis of scientific works, affiliation of such concepts to criminalistic technique is determined. The practical problems of applying the method of verbal portrait and the prospects of using the method of speech portrait in the process of pre-trial investigation are indicated.
