DISADVANTAGES AND ADVANTAGES OF NORMATIVE REGULATION OF THE RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL IN THE PROCEDURAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE: THE COMPARATIVE LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article analyzes the peculiarities of the statutory regulation of the right to a fair trial and its components in the economic procedure law, civil procedural and in the Administrative Code Procedure Court of Ukraine. The defaults of the legislative regulation of the right to a fair trial are noted and the advantages in its regulation by each of the procedural codes are noted.
