COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF MODELS OF ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS IN THE INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC LAW

Abstract
The present article is devoted to the analysis of current models of international arbitration. Origination of arbitration models was conditioned by historical developments, particularly in the sphere of international relations. It has been proved that historical models of arbitration proceedings revolved in the course of progressive development of the international public law. The paper emphasizes that each successive model became an enhanced stage in the process of peaceful settlement of international disputes and gives reasons for the flexibility of the arbitration mechanism for amicable settlement of international disputes.
