COMPENSATION FUNCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE-TORTABLE LAW

Abstract
The article reveals the content of the compensatory function of administrative-tort law, as well as its relationship with the right-restoration function. The norms of the legislation of Ukraine on administrative responsibility are analyzed, which establish the grounds and procedure for the implementation of the compensatory function. Attention is paid to the fact, that the compensation function is directed solely at reimbursement of property, physical or moral harm, caused to a person.
