CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES STIPULATING THE NECESSITY TO CARRY AN INVESTIGATION EXPERIMENT DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF A ROAD ACCIDENT

Abstract
The article gives theoretical investigation of conditions and circumstances which stipulate the necessity to carry an investigation experiment during the investigation of road accidents. The author implements the analysis of legal literature which is connected with a preparatory investigation execution of an investigation experiment during the investigation of a road accident and its fixation. It substantiates that to carry an investigation experiment in spite of the fact, that it is not necessary during the investigation of other criminal law breakings during the investigation of road accidents in many cases prove to be very necessary and the most effective in elucidating the circumstances of an accident.
