Abstract
Today, there is almost no area of social life that does not face an avalanche of legal norms and, correlatively with this phenomenon, with massive recourse to the courts to decide on issues that they had not previously had It is pronounced. The necessity of promptly instrumenting the causes of the judgment, conditioned and increasing the costs incurred by the state for the provision of this public service. Thus, the principle of the free of justice, which in itself represents the „natural complement” of the procedural equality of the parties in a criminal proceeding, volens nolens, implies also the incurring of certain expenses.
