COMPETITIVENESS MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY OF INNOVATIVE INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGIES OF ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The paper studies the theoretical and methodical aspects of competitiveness management of innovative industrial technologies of engineering enterprises. The modern economic paradigm objectively puts in the first place the problem of competitiveness of products, produced by manufacturers. In order to survive in the market, reduce costs, increase revenues and effective development, it is expediently that an enterprise is guided by a certain methodology of managing the competitiveness of its innovations. The innovative industrial technology is a radically new organization (a set of techniques and methods) of the production process. The factors influencing the competitiveness of innovative industrial technologies of engineering enterprises are: technical and economic characteristics of the technology; competitiveness of products; the level of service; marketing mix and external factors. Competitiveness management of innovative industrial technologies of engineering enterprises is a complex management process, which includes management of production, sales, financial, information and advertising and other activities of engineering enterprises. The estimation of innovative industrial technology competitiveness in the selected segment of the market in comparison with the technologies of competitors is proposed to be based on the relation of the quality characteristics of innovative industrial technology and the cost of equipment for the implementation of this technology, which depends on its service life and productivity, and operating costs associated with the production of innovative industrial products. An integrated approach to the development of strategic solutions to manage the competitiveness of innovative industrial technologies of the engineering enterprises makes it possible to ground the choice of the most promising industrial technology in order to activate the market of industrial products due to production of competitive goods, updating the technological base of the engineering enterprises and increasing their competitiveness.
