CONCEPT OF MORTGAGE LOAN: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
In the article it is considered concept “mortgages” and “mortgage credit”. The different points of view of research workers in relation to terms “mortgage” and “mortgage credit” are analysed from their sources, and also position of operating, normatively legal acts.
