SOME ISSUES OF THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A PASSPORT REGISTRATION SYSTEM ON THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINIAN LANDS

Abstract
In the article the separate questions of becoming and development are analysed passport- registration system and the basic stages of origin of such document as passport on territory of Ukrainian earths. The basic important tasks of functioning are also certain an author passport-registration system on the different stages of development of Ukrainian society.
