CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CATEGORIES OF INTERNATIONAL LEGALITY AND THE INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ORDER IN THE UKRAINIAN DOCTRINE OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of key theoretical aspects of the problem of the relationship between international law and the international legal order. The author examines the relationship between the categories of international legality and the international legal order based on the conceptual approaches of representatives of the Ukrainian school of international law. The article examines the focus of research and features in the scientific approaches of different researchers. The author examines and summarizes the doctrinal international legal views that define and contribute to the formation of the modern concept of international legality.
